Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Electronic Projects
- Microcontrollers(Arduino, Raspberry pi, etc.), Sensors
- Drones
Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Electronic components that are used or damaged due to customer error
- Products without original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Motors
- Batteries
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Electronic components that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to our error (such as shipping damage or incorrect items sent) are eligible for a return, replacement, or full refund.
To receive a full refund, proof of damage or issue (such as videos) must be provided within 2 days of delivery.
We highly recommend making a video while unboxing your products. This serves as proof in case the item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, and ensures a smooth return/refund process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@electricalbro.in and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
